With an extensive career behind him, he continues to create new concepts following vanguard techniques while keeping a traditional personal touch in everything he cooks. The carefully-crafted menu accentuates the uniquely exquisite flavours that have come to define Small World Tapas and shows the new skills that he has mastered and continues to impove every day. SARA PLA BERENGUER

100% Spanish Flavour

Born in Alicante, Spain, came to England in 2015 looking for a gastronomic future as well as for increasing her knowledge of different cultures. With a 11 year experience as FOH and Manageress since 2017, Sara understands the standards and protocols  expected from her role, thus she ensures the Front of House Team offers a most detailed yet cheerful service . The entrepreneur speaks several languages  but her most distinctive highlight is her contagious passion for food and wine.
